Information about PLATINUM-Update
A software-related display failure along with a blocking of any further data storage might occur in the operating and display units (display electronics) of the PLATINUM inverters.
However, the safe electric operation and the economic feeding function of the inverters will never be compromised in any way.
This concerns several series of "S" and "TL" inverters as well as remote monitoring devices „PLATINUM ViewMaster“ built between March of 2006 and May of 2009.
As your manufacturer of inverters and communication devices, we hereby inform you that within the scope of the service campaign "PLATINUM Update" we will provide a software service update for the devices affected".
Please refer to our FAQs and our Download area for more detailed information about the background of the PLATINUM update campaign and the course of events. Furthermore, you can check whether your devices are affected with our Serial number test.
